A personal trainer in my early 30s with a passion for helping others lead a balanced life through fitness, nutrition, and mindful living. Originally from Cameroon and raised in Canada, I’ve always been proud of my athletic genetics. I aim to inspire women to embrace their true selves and feel confident at their best.

I discovered the gym in my twenties, and what started as a way to stay fit quickly became a transformative experience. It wasn’t just about building muscle—it was about feeling empowered, strong, and beautiful, inside and out. Having been active in sports from a young age, the gym became a natural fit as I balanced a busy life but still wanted to stay fit and fabulous!

Along the way, I realized fitness isn't just physical—it's mental and emotional too. On my social platforms, I share my journey, offering tips on nutrition, workouts, and mindset shifts that helped me create lasting habits.
